Random Thoughts on Friendship

I don't get it. How someone just ends the friendship so casually? isn't it part of friendship to respect each others emotions ? is it so hard to let go of our egos ?

You meet, 

You become Friends,

Spend time together,

Share stories , Share emotions,

Days pass by ,

Good days, bad days,

All come and go,

You open a little more,

You expect a little more,,

But how much is that little more?

How do you decide ?

One of you cross the limits , 

but who set the limits, 

no one spoke of it before,

tones change, moods change,

sharing time turns into judging time,

jokes turn into indirect taunts, 

start finding reasons to spend time with others,

trying to keep space , 

which eventually creates space in between,

spaces grow bigger and bigger,

Egos curl up the heart,

expect other person to apologize,

expect other person to make first call, 

but yourself ain't wanna do any of it,

FRIENDSHIP ENDS.

well as they say nothing is permanent in this world except change and human beings can be considered a variable so still subject to change. relationships come and go, it became a part of life, so any attachment made has a corresponding price attached to it. so all we need is an open heart and mind to understand.
