Prologue

A soft tickling crept up my arm. I shifted. There it was. Again. So I shifted again. And then, it was there again. I distressingly opened my eyes. What came to me was horrifying. A humongous creature was staring right at me. It had long smooth long hair but a disoriented face and emerald eyes. It gazed cravingly at me. And then it was gone. Vanished. Exactly like a ghost.
