insomnia

All kinds of feelings are hunting my silence

Wrapping me like a silky cloth of insomnia

Keeping me away from sleeping

A way from dreaming.....

messing with deep wounds ,

leaving me  drown with pains...

This was very interesting! A completely different feel from my version of insomnia. I've never thought it a curse but more of a gift, and I wrote a poem called "Insomnia" as well, but I wrote it to verbalize some of my nightly "adventures". I do like the sad and painful emotions that this piece evoke. Well done!

I agree with Jeff, I really enjoyed this! The second to last line (messing with deep wounds) I feel could be phrased differently but I like the idea, and for the last line I think you mean *drowning! Well written! :)
