Human Nature

It's so sad to think

That we still live in a place

Where people are prosecuted

Just for being themselves

It's only human nature

To fear what we don't know

To turn our backs on

What we don't understand

We can't change the past

Or rewreite history

Some things are set in stone

But our ways don't have to be
