What Foods Help Prevent Cancer

Just did this for an English essay but I need some input.

While talking about foods that mention cancer, when should I not use a source or use my own words to manipulate the sources words? I am trying to write this essay for my English class for College but I am now stuck. Help would be nice and appreciated.
