in this universe, we are lost souls inhabiting bodies that don't quite feel like ours.
at times we find ourselves pondering our very own existence along with the reason for human life.

you curiously stare at the sky above you, pondering life, seeking the meaning behind the loneliness that eats your heart and engulfs your soul. i gaze at the ground below me, wondering if i will ever know the meaning behind my existence and the reason for the deep aching that's lodged deep into my chest. if we could only walk the earth together, even if we're crumbling from the loneliness that seems to control our lives, we would never feel lonely when we're together.
