Poem # 2

It's all about expectations, this is my take on this topic !

Expectations.. What are they? Google says "it's a strong belief that something will happen or be the case" The process of expectation starts as soon as we are conceived Our parents will say " we are expecting " as the news is received. Having expectations is embedded in our genetic code When you expect something from someone you are not on the wrong road. Then we have this cliched saying 'do not expect' But how can we not it's one of our aspects No matter how hard you try, expectations do arise. Whether it is from friends, family, career or relationships Expectations never die. It is also very true That many people do the unexpected & End up hurting you Even if you guard yourself and say ' I have no expectations ' My friend, when things go the other way it does affect your relations. Then what can we do to stop this madness Are we going to be trapped in this sadness First thing do not blame yourself that you expect This shows your love and respect. Second thing choose people wisely There are people you want and people you need. Choose the ones that you need and your expectations will never be stampede. Lastly, have expectations but just enough So when your expectations break you are tough There is no straight answer for this issue It's simple if u expect too much u will need tissues Remember this though you are not a saint You are going to expect so stop the complaint. Just be you and keep doing what you do best With minimal expectations and forget the rest.
