Love it, Muse! The title is interesting, made me go back and re-read. This piece speaks volumes of heartache, but heartache in retrospect, heartache as if had by someone who is almost happy for the experience. The piece is powerful in deed and right to the point. Really good writing here!
This is a very dark, but well structured poem. Without light we'd never see the true beauty of a diamond, but too intense a light would burn it. Words inked on paper would have their ink bleed in contact with tears. Love should only be practiced in moderation as with all things. Immoderate people are brainless. Love is a bond that's neither too tight nor too lose so as to allow freedom. If love were anything other than moderate, it wouldn't be love; it would be a violent painful obsession, a black horizon, instead.
