A Glimpse Gone By

A Glimpse Gone By

A Poem by kollaboratyve

It's morning now the dew wet on my face

waiting to catch a glimpse

noonday comes with the bite of the bugs and flies

waiting to catch a glimpse

eyes trained on the window savoring the moment

waiting to catch a glimpse

evening sets in skies grow cloudy

my mind relentless to a flaw

waiting to catch a glimpse

her silhouette shadows the window

animal desire erupts

a youth I am inexperience in fantasy

waiting to catch a glimpse

finally she's naked my wait and watching of many seasons gone by

worth the wait of a glimpse gone by

tonight no more wishing for a glimpse gone by
