Free yourself from anger and bitterness

Free yourself from the despair of losing a loved one

Free yourself from hopelessness

Free yourself from cowardice

Free yourself from sadness and sorrow marred by bruises

Free yourself from weakness and guilt

And most importantly of all, fly like the eagle and soar to the wind
