A by Puja

we took a drive under dying skies,

and i smiled as we passed on by,

those sunflowers,

as they danced in the wind.

you said "forever" if there was a "we"

but that wont mean a thing,

when all thats left is those dried sunflowers

that you picked for me,

still hanging from my window...

Unfinished.

Touching, with vivid imagery.
How would you feel about removing the comma at the end of the second paragraph? I don't think creating a pause there served the poem.
Grammatically, you might need to add a comma to the 'thats'.
Aside from those small grammatical things, gotta say - what a wonderful poem. Thanks for writing it.

That had a really beautiful feel to it and I loved the way it ended, softly but with that sense of beauty.
