tid bits.

tid bits.

A by Puja

the deep blue wraps me in cold.

ive been driving but im still not home.

the moon encased in grey peeks out to say hello.

the trees and shadows dance and bow.

ive been driving for oh so long,

im fading fast and strong.

from city scapes to mountain breaks,

im still looking for myself.

you showed me home and i felt free

please come back and find me.

shiver shake, quiver quake,

with every passing cold wave.

lately ive been putting letters where they dont belong,

reading the words and phrases all wrong.

im tired of my same old pace,

i need you to fill this definite space,

and i need us to leave this place.

so meet me halfway,
somewhere in between the light,
where i hear the water touches sky.
and where, we becomes you and i.

You put into words what I've been thinking for a while. Thank you. I like the lack of capitalization. To me, it symbolizes defeat in some ways. I hope we both find a way home.
