Waiting on a Call

Waiting on a Call

A Poem by Tyrae'
"

Phone Calls

"

It's 10:30pm

On the dot.

And I'm waiting for your call.

It's a Saturday night

And it doesn't feel right

Not seeing you everyday

I think I'm getting too attached to you

I'm slowly backing away

Cause I don't know what you'd say

If I told you I want to be stuck like glue

I should probably think about something else...

If you read all of these, you might not want to read thousands of poems about yourself

But then,

Why in the world would you be on here

If not for wanting to read about what I think of you...

Hmmm...

10:50pm

I should just face it,

You're busy

You don't want to talk to me all the time..

I should try not to be clingy.
