07:30, I walked up to the empty classroom. My hood was up although the sky was covered by dark clouds. I never liked to walk around crowded places that’s why, in my old school, you never found my in public places, this is also the reason why I’m always either early or late. I don’t like the head teacher of this school. He keeps giving me these look like I would be something different. Nobody likes me and I don’t like anybody, that’s the way I live. I’m all alone but I’m fine with that. I always was lonely anyway. I sat in my desk, taking pleasure from the silence when I noticed someone coming in. It was a blonde boy from the Academy faction. He started looking out of the diamond-like window, an expression of sheer joy crossing his face. That’s when he noticed me. A hooded Dark Hearts figure watching him. For a second his smile dropped down into an expression of curiosity but after a second he was smiling again and walking my direction.  He went up those small stairs and sat next to me. He looked at me for a while I was staring blankly into the table. I didn’t mind him sitting here as long as he didn’t talk to me. Unfortunately he did with a cheeky smile crossing his face.

‘’Hey sweetie how’s it goin’?’’ Although I’d love to slap him in the face right now, I stayed calm.

‘’Don’t talk to me Roial child” The Darkhearts faction and the Roial faction don’t get along too well, mainly due to the big difference between vampires and witches from Darkhearts and the rich lords and ladies from Roial who mainly care only for themselves. I myself didn’t like Roial although I care very little for other factions. The boy didn’t say anything about my comment and he asked me like he would ask anyone else

‘’So, what’s you name?’’

‘’Irli’’

‘’Irli who?’’

‘’Irli Flyna’’ I got tired of answering those pointless questions so I got up getting ready to leave.

‘’Wait!’’ He called after me. I didn’t know why but me feet stopped just before the doors. Then I realized the Academy boy was holding my wrist.

‘’My name is Antoni, Antoni Van Pacifica’’ I didn’t like the feeling of his fingers touching my wrist. It felt majorly wrong. I pulled my hand out and turned around so fast my hood fell down.

‘’Stay away from me.’’ I said simply and turned to walk away. This happened so quick I didn’t see his reaction and I though he barley could catch a glimpse of my face yet I was wrong.

‘’Your eye, you eye is so cool! I never saw a blue eyed vampire before! Those words made me stop. I grippe the eye patch covering my left eye an quickly walked away.

I walked fast just to get away. I was confused. Nobody ever told me my eye was cool. It was always the symbol of my curse. Because of that eye everyone stayed away. Because of that eye I was alone. Then why? Why did he talk to me? Even when I was a Darkhearts student, a cursed one too, he smiled at me and treated me like a normal person. I decided to hate that boy. I should be alone ,this way it’s better. When I was walking like that I smashed into someone.

‘’Ouch’’ The person and me said in the same time. I looked down and saw one of the two Darkhearts twins sitting on the stairs. I took my hand out, gesturing for her to grab it. The girl was hesitating for a while but then accepted the offer and stood up. For a second we just looked at each other with confusion but then we heard someone running behind.

“Lacie are you okay?” The second twin run up the stairs and stood next to us.

“What happened here Lacie” Asked the other girl. She looked nearly identical to the one called Lacie. They both had pale skin and red eyes like nearly every vampire and their hair was a pinky-orange colour.  One difference was that Lacie’s hair was down and the other one’s was up in a ponytail. She looked at me with the glare of hatred everybody gave me back in Darkhearts. I was quite surprised in the difference in character between the twins. Lacie noticed the other girl staring at me. She smiled quickly and said

“It’s nothing Luffie. Let’s go upstairs.” Then she turned to me and done something no one ever did.

‘’Thank you’’ Said Lacie smiling warmly at me. I felt my cheeks turning red. I let the twins while I stood mesmerized. Someone actually smiled and talked to me. Maybe this school won’t be as bad.
