This is only a portion of how I feel about life. Hope you enjoy it!

Was life ever easy?

Not I know

But I do know

that if it was

I'd rather fight my way

through jungle, through stream

through doubt, through pain

than never go anywhere, feel nothing

numbness, death I call it

Don't come to me, not yet

Curious how risk makes life livable

Better to die fighting

than die unused

you are right. life is sweeter when you work for it. in fact anything is sweeter when you work for it.
