June Romance

June Romance

A Poem by LangstonOctober

Open the window.
Let the moon chaperone our intimate gestures
and let the stars eavesdrop in on our heavy breathing.
Don't resist the arid air
let it tempt you.
Perfume and perspiration wraps their arms around us
we don't mind.
Neither do they.
With body language, we write poetry
creating stanzas with every passing moment.
A masterpeice.

Th warm days of June allow us to renew energy and come alive for poetry and life.
"Perfume and perspiration wraps their arms around us
we don't mind."
Thank you for the outstanding poem.
