a heart felt dream

a sound a gasp

 

scared voices in the back

 

searching for the one left out of the pack

 

a warrior looking for the one he should protect

 

a comrade lost scared hoping for a savior

 

a warrior purched above waiting for the time to strike

 

a helpless soul trying to get rid of thier life

 

a walk so dreadful everyone would pray for thier life

 

a warrior whos path is always undetermined but always in the right

 

picks up thier comrade and runs for thier lives

 

a stress no one may understand but thier lives are in the warriors hands

 

a dreadful path chosen bye the one who loves all in which knows the consequence

 

i am that warrior straight on that path my heart felt dream is done at last

 

this warrior is looking for another to pick up his trail

 

intill then good luck to this world this warriors heart felt dream has failed

This was a deep poem, displaying one of the many conflicts soldiers out in the field can experience. There's nothing that can forge bonds of brotherhood quite like what they experience with their comrades. Excellently written.
