Broken ManA Poem by Jack...Once the heart breaks, so does the man
Broken man Shredded letters on the floor Empty whiskey bottles Eviction notice on the door Cruising at full throttle Not a penny to his name Longing the impending No one but himself to blame Misery unending This is but a broken man Pieces crushed and shattered Love hath left him once again Upon the wind now scattered Vices form his prison walls Slowly closing in Death to be his last reward He begs it to begin © 2013 Jack...Author's Note
