This is for a cat that adopted my fiance and I as she was abondoned and neglected by her owner who is still a neighbour.

Left to stand and wait,
lack of care into a state.
She left you to fend alone,
for you, my heart sets in stone.
Now you begin to appear frail,
each night I hear you wail.
To give up on you,
would make my words untrue.
Come into my arms at your will,
