Poem of hope - This is something I think people could use - been times in my life when I needed a lift and to know that I'm not alone

Hang in there

Hang in there my friend

With whatever struggles ail you

You are not alone in suffering

Be brave, be bold, hold on

The last part of life is death

But you are still alive

Try to maintain balance

Fight to find that drive

Your struggle is not feckless

You’ll learn to carry on

And in the end 

Eventually

You learn to smile again

"You are not along in suffering" - Did you mean to say alone instead of along?

I wasn't a fan of the ellipses near the end
They seem to disrupt the poem
I would play around with it to see if there's a way to make it look better
maybe use fewer such as the classic three " . . . "

And in the end eventually . . .

or separate the last two lines with a full line of ellipses?

Or if you like it the way it is, keep it
Just a suggestion of course
I love the content of the poem
and even the way you structured it with the ride-sided text alignment
