Bring Me The Horizon

Bring Me The Horizon

A Poem by Riley Bray
"

You may say I demand the impossible..but it cant be impossible...because the word itself says "I'm possible."

"
As day fades to dusk and night unto dawn
I can't help but to lazily ride along
Looking out at the rays scattered gold
Strong yet bashful and young yet old.

The colors just so beautiful
Like warmth and comfort right
Shining shades of pure untouched light
Its something incredibly ancient
Yet born again each day
Revered by even phoenix's I'd say.

Time for soul searching I think that now's the time
Watch as the animals tuck in and flowers hide
Watch as the sun sinks down low or rises high
Immersed and bathed and cleansed in this clear unmarred luminosity.

The colors just so beautiful
Like warmth and comfort right
Shining shades of pure untouched light
Its something incredibly ancient
Yet born again each day
Revered by even phoenix's I'd say.

So bring my the horizon
Let me bask in glorious neutrality.
Let me hold in my hands the sunshine
And have stolen my insecurities.
Bring me the
(Phoenix reverence)
Bring me the
(Shades of golden warmth)
Bring me the
(Bring me the)
Horizon.
