Sapphire Skies

Sapphire Skies

A Poem by Jebstantial
"

A little tribute to my love. ♥️ #14th

"
Some days I feel like writing, put no ink to waste.
As I let my mind wander, core memories are recalled.
How do I know if I am already in a better place?
Perhaps a change in perspective is all it takes.
One look at the sky and you remember its color.
Deep purplish-blue; do you see it too?

There is light in darkness and healing in brokenness.
Raindrops do not pester but give hope to budding spirits.
Let us take another walk along the sidewalks of faith.
Twirl with affection, pivoting the pavement's corner.
Hold this hand with glee, as I radiantly beam to thee.
Let us make this moment count, shall we?
