Garland Cinquain (My Bathroom Floor)

Garland Cinquain (My Bathroom Floor)

A Poem by jenkey83

The floor
of my bathroom
is cold but close to you
I press my cheek to the floor and
I cry

I cry
my body
limp,hoping that you hear me
asking you to love me again
I cry

I cry
because you are
you are so far away
and i feel so lost without you
tears fall

Tears fall
on ceramic
black and white tile floor
I feel as if I might drown here
as my

Tears fall
are you asleep?
Can you even hear me?
Please answer me, do you love me?
I die

The floor.
My body limp.
You are so far away.
I feel as if I may drown here.
I die.
