Here's my shopping list !

well thought it would be a cute poem and actually this would be my shopping list if i had a choice

If i had it my way, 

This would be my shopping list, 

NO junk food, 

Nothing with sugar, 

Only water, 

Healthy cereal, 

Healthy snacks, 

Vegan , and vegetarian foods, 

NO real meat , 

Except chicken and fish , 

This is my shopping list , 

NO pop , 

NO juice, 

Just water only, 

Eat healthy, 

Live healthy , 

No junk food at all, 

Must be all healthy food, 

Eggs are OK sometimes, 

Get lots of fruits, 

And lots of veggies, 

This is what my shopping list would look like if it was my way .

mine would be nachos and bacon and steak and seafood. You're much more disciplined - even if it is in thought than I am. My actual storelist is closer to the one above - although not vegan. The sad thing is - eating healthy is much more expensive than eating junk.

chuckling here...we ALL try hard Jen... of course what IS healthy seems to change - often by the day. The powers-that-be change their collective mind - a lot.
