government control

this worlds being controlled by the government, 

one day it'll all be a one world government, 

open your eyes, 

look and see, 

their controlling us, 

one day you won't have a choice, 

take the chip, 

or don't eat or sleep, 

no place to run, 

nowhere to hide, 

the government knows your every move, 

their watching us, 

spying on us, 

nothings private, 

they don't care about the poor, 

they want to help the rich get richer, 

and the poor get poorer, 

all these families without homes, 

watch your back, 

were all being controlled

i think you are spot on Ms. Little ... your straight forward write of this is refreshing ... it really isn't so extreme to see and proclaim things going on and potential for danger .. here in the USA, my opinion is that it is far gone past being too big ... it is enormous and needs sharp trimming ... i think the Federal Gov. is far to involved in personal lives and i agree with you that information and risk go hand in hand ... the web has made it a simple thing to take over peoples accounts of every kind .. we already have seen how people with differing views have been banned ... certain information banned ... i believe in the Creator God of all things .. and that the power we think we have is petty compared to the love and compassion of God ... the world is actually in His hands not Nations nor Government ... it will work our my friend .. of that i have no doubts ;)

at times democracy sux unlike anarchy where every street has a different boss figure and a toll must be paid, everything not home grown will be too damn expensive for us poor
we must learn to be self-reliant ... not depend on the standard set

There is some definite truth to this very strong poem….the world is changing for sure, and we must be cognizant of what’s happening to our governments……are we being controlled….if let ourselves be… we must stand up for our independence and democracy always.

People want to be controlled. And that is the saddest thing of all. I grew up with the trait of questioning everything. Much to Grandma's annoyance. She was all "Do it because I told you to!"
Caused several rows with my teachers when I caught things that weren't true in their lectures. I quite publicly corrected them.
This is why society hates bookworms. We think for ourselves. But the people around me listen only to what tickles their ears and egos. Facts are just "Fake News." They probably think The Bat Boy really exists. Bagh!
Well... That's the rant brought to mind by this one. Hope I haven't said anything too over the top. Forgive an old drifter if I have. I do value your words and friendship. Stay safe and warm.

You might be right Jennifer. I suspect that it's our phones we need to watch. I looked into a train carriage and every single person was glued to their phone. I do it as well.

yes they spy on us through tvs smart tvs , phones ok goodle alexa and so on tons of stuff we just dont relize it but i have heard this is what they do they spy on us even when were on facebook they spy on us
