Internet Prayer

for someone i had came to know and care for. you know who you are.

I pray God will take care of you in the ways I would have

He will wipe away your tears because now I am unable to

I pray your mother will learn how to love her son

You will graduate, despite what she said

I pray that your little sister will look up to you as a role model

And in turn, you will be able to be her role model

I pray the scars on your wrist will be that last ones you will ever inflict

That you will never turn back to that razor again

I pray that you will learn the value of a woman’s heart

And realize how fragile it really is

I pray you will marry an amazing woman

Because you too, are amazing

I pray you will never have to hit rock bottom

Before you turn to God

I pray you will never know how much I loved you

How much I cared

And how much I let you destroy me

That even today

After everything

You are still in my prayers

Because if any of this pain is worth while

It is because of my biggest prayer

I pray that when you get to Heaven

Jesus will have your name on file.

All there is left to do
