The Greatest Story Never Seen

A boy found a book written in invisible ink.  In it, he read a story, like no other story.  It was so beautiful.  He wanted to share it with everyone, so they too, could enjoy such a wonderful story.  But, no matter how hard he tried, no one would listen.  He shouted.  He waved his hands. But, to no avail, he was neither heard nor seen.  As he grew, he realized, the only reason he could read the book was that he too, was invisible.  As he grew older, carrying this gift, without giving it, away became sadness as heavy as the story was beautiful.  Then, as an old man, he laid down for the last time, never to wake again.  But, before sleep came, he tried once more and whispered the words, “I love you.”  His eyes closed, and the words rode the wind around the world and were heard by everyone.
