The Prince

The Prince

A Poem by kaotikal

Opening my eyes again to a new night.
Looking at the shadows dancing on walls
Five black candles making twilight
Darkness she begins her call.

Onyx satin on ivory skin.
Faint smile of a blood stained sin.
Heart beat pounding fear so sweet.
Walking through chaos in bare feet.

Seductive angel dancing in red.
Little sister echoing whispers of me dead.
How long did it take for me to remember?
Silver lady so young and alone.
Our father has been dismembered.
I drink death upon my immortal throne.

Fires rage consuming fresh meat.
A funeral chant in a zombie parade.
Wicked stage of Set sharpening his blade.
Adorning those who oppose his prince with a treat.
