I enjoyed everything you scribed, word by word! You have a gentle touch in which every line flows gently into the next….just as everything about nature seems to fit into a neat puzzle….i was truly inspired by the cool winds, then settling upon the cottonwood marsh ( just arrive back from the low country where the marshes glisten at high noon, then turn a dark purple hue as the sun’s tire entices us to behold a stunning sky……I really should say all of your truly magnificent nature songs inspires me

It's lovely to take in your own personal feelings inspired by the beauty of creation right where you are. It sounds really special! As you shared:

It is so good that we can all share in what gives us joy! Thanks for that.

How softly each line is lifted by the previous one. You've shared the blessings of nature in a way that is rare to come across. Also, I love the way, the word 'mercy' appears at intervals throughout the poem. Kathy, I wish one day I will hold a book of your poems in my hands. They deserve a home as I do not rely on electronic page. I'm the lover of old ways, especially the paperback or hardcover formats of poem books.

You are so good at mixing spiritual themes with natural ones; you appreciate all things created and gifted to man to enjoy and share. I enjoyed all the imagery.
Glad you are still around Kathy.

It is a treasure to find gems to inspire scattered about our lives. Sometimes they are right outside our door. I know that you are like that. Nuances in people, legends, stories....
I appreciated your craft Sami. Don't ever stop being you. Thank you for encouraging this soul.
Bless you inside and out.

Such a gentle nature poem, Kathy. You hit on all the senses. Indeed, we experience nature with our eyes, ears, nose, touch, and we drink in its beauty. The imagery you employ is stunning....like an oil painting. A true joy to read your words. LydI**

Beauty in fact, wonder in poetry. Many thanks for sharing your words from a gentle start to its rainbow finish.
