Hives

I was going through an allergic reaction to a medication. I began to breakout in hives and then decided to write about it.

I woke up with hives,
it felt like knives.
It was painful,
that it began to become dull.
I went to the Doctor,
and thought I could become and actor.
While sitting in the waiting room,
I started to feel so doomed.
I drove myself crazy
and then became very lazy.
I began writing poems,
to one day wearing gems.
I love school,
because I feel cool.
I am not smart,
but I do have a big heart.
I meet new people everyday,
and it seems to be okay.
I am a leader and not a reader.
I am only in college,
to grow my knowledge.
I love learning but at times,
it can be concerning.
