Away We Fly

Fly away 

Fly away into the dark 

Cant see the lights 

If we do not take a chance 

Run down the path of life

Fly away within your soul

Center yourself within life 

Take a turn 

Sing a tune 

See your angel

Pain hurts 

Scars heal

Glory fades 

All we are left with are memories made.

So take a chance and fly 

To your escape

Set an example

For those who are lost 

No reason to be afraid 

To cry till your souls content 

Look your past in the eyes 

And lift your feet off the ground 

Find your safe place

But we never know 

If we are not 

Willing to fly to the land of our hearts

You have great imagery here. I feel like the pacing falters in the middle when you have a bunch of two to three word lines, but that can easily be fixed if you would like to do so. Otherwise, great work!
