White Class Trash

on the spot

they say she's a hooker

that she's got it all

all the boys want her

but you don't 

at all

you say

she's got that white class trash

she doesn't know how to stay put

she doesn't know how to read books

but she could pull on a mini skirt

forget her underpants 

she's got a high ponytail

riding on some poor unfortunate pony

the pony says she knows how to ride like any western styles cowgirl

she knows how to turn him on

with a whip of her high ponytail she flashes him a grin

she has a pretty face

but her soul is torn

between all the lies she's heard

all the games played on her

stupid jerks 

played with her heart

now whose boss?

she shouts in her mind

tell me

now who holds the keys to the game

her and i

are exactly alike

the only difference is

i'm not some white class trash

inside of a pro gunge ho game

she's got no chance 

so take off those mini skirts

and get ready

with your war paint on your face

and those skin tight leather jeans

come on

let's teach them who they're dealing with 

but wait!

ha ha!

aren't you the one

that chose this life

tell me

they didn't mess you up THAT bad

did they?

no,

they didn't 

right?

so get out of my face

you're just a disgrace

they were right about you

you're a dancing fairy light

nothing new

isn't everyone that these days

the boy

that didn't believe but for a second

you could've been something else

tells me naught

he says he's heard those lies

those constipated goodbyes

he knew you were different

so he took you under his hide

i watched from a distance

never shaking those feelings

from my congregated eyes

tell me i'm like them

and i'll teach you something new

you're weren't like them

once

you knew you're moral values

but i guess she deluded you

and now you're just like all the rest

but i won't believe that

never in a million years

but her and i

are exactly alike

save yet for the fact

that i'm not some white class trash

I love the subject change in this poem. It's a little lengthy for my taste but its a beautiful poem about society and how we treat each other. As for society in and of itself I think we could all stand to be kinder and nicer to each other. If we just take the time to do this society will be better as a whole.
