Here I am again, in the jungle, listening to the rain,

I love it here, I’ve forgotten everything, I was too caught up in the bright screens,

I knew I should’ve given in to the trees climbing the walls of my neighbor’s house,

.

It is wet, because it is raining, and I forget that it rains because sometimes it rains so hard, the noise puts me off,

I forget to look outside my window,

I forget the color green is there,

I forget the wind makes the leaves dance and sway,

I let myself get swept up by the music, those artificial trees,

Listening [to] nature no longer is the same as Listening to Nature,

.

I’ve always told myself I was Life’s experiment,

And that satisfied my curiosity,
