A Poem by FaeryQueen

Do you remember what you told me?

Get married so you won’t be lonely, well I refuse the offer, in fact- why even bother?

.

I hate myself more and more by the day, I tell myself I love myself to numb the pain,

This ain’t life or death if it isn’t for the thrill of it,

Make it make sense, even for a second,

.

.

How I covet your youth,

Why did you wish me all grown up, what’s the use?

You promised a husband, you promised a child, neither of which I have now,

.

"""✱*.。:。✱*.:。✧*.。✰*.:。✧*.。:。*.。✱ """

.

What do you know,

You were only 16,

Even if it’s me,

We were young, and dumb, and gullible,
