A Breaking Sky to Testify

A Breaking Sky to Testify

A Poem by kingculture
"

Excerpt from a much lengthier song

"
You turn the tables, and scribble your question. "Just who did the planning that caused this transgression?" With my head in my hands, and my thoughts all in ruins' I respond, " oh my father, it was you and you knew it! You cause the vibrations that shake us and break us. They take us like pills and they fill themselves up. We slide down their throats and we rot in their guts. You've lost remorse as The Lord. I could change, I could change if you'd only allow it. But you made me one way and mathematics are out. I can't add to it and I can not subtract. And all I ask is for you to react. I can't add to it, and I can not take away. I can't choose a side, or be damned to obey. I am no one's child, in an eternal way. So, I must spend my death hunting prey as a stray.
