Here Him.

Here Him.

A Poem by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

How the Irish teenager of 1997 thought of his coming out!

"
A single nugget be a group of groups,
An Irish four become from three,
Typical flow of numbers yet thwarted,
A shaken and solid family they be.

The baby child did grow fast,
Lifetime of thoughts now known,
The scorned Mother still happy,
A strong bond is now shown.

Crazy traits fly to his surface,
Secrets once hidden now open,
Deep regret and sorrow with his maker,
Silenced his sol now the token.

Gates of hell invite this way,
Good intentions encrusted and closed,
Habits recur at his fear,
Smiling faces always posed.

No miracle ending a story,
Words suddenly have no meaning,
Lets Stop it all with a tear,
Until the next time in a reading.
