“REIGNITED STAR”

(My Soul’s Revelation)

 

There was a restless solitude

That revealed itself at midnight

The symphonic song of loneliness

That floats against my inner ear

 

As I constantly fought demons

That plagued my sense of security

I cried simplistic tears of remorse

Wishing only to release my misery

 

Then like a shooting star

It was revealed to my conscious

That all troubles will be swept away

As we turn them over to our LORD

 

He who sits so lovingly patient

Only inspires that which is beautiful

The overwhelming sense of happiness

That flows from his everlasting love

 

As I opened up my weary heart

And allowed him to touch my mind

All good things were revealed to me

As if I were granted the keys to all wisdom

 

How beautiful and expansive!

The world has been simply transformed

That which was complex and incomprehensible

Has now been revealed in effortless possibilities

　

The rich colors & textures

Flow with sublime simplicity

Like an artistic canvas

I can create without limitations

 

I now stand with my soul revealed

A new found star shining brightly

Connected with all of his creations

I find my strength to smile…again
