When Words Are Meaningless.

When Words Are Meaningless.

A Poem by Omar
"

Sometimes physical touch just translates more than words ever could. "Actions speak louder than words."

"

When words are meaningless,

The only way I can convey the way

I feel is contact, to penetrate your physical

And touch your guarded heart.

Longing for your embrace, in order to

Communicate the language in my heart.

For love is not proved with words

But with actions.

A brief moment to shower you

With all my love, I lack the courage

To say all that I feel.

Fearful I hold back, hesitant that

You’ll be unable to comprehend the deep

Ocean of emotion, I keep imprisoned within.

Truth, I am unable to bear for denial

Is the only comfort I have.

Relentless I question my cowardice,

Asking if I’ll trap myself in this state for eternity.

Left with a choice of action

When words are meaningless.
