Tears

Trickling down

The canvas

Of my face.

I do not speak.

I am deep

Down

Where the creatures lurk,

Where no one else

Can reach me

Far beneath

Your helping hand,

Far beneath

Deep below

Pass me a rope,

A rope

So I can

See the stars again

So I can see

Your face again

But you do not hear

You do not listen.
