Unspoken Words

An old poem of young emotions

Unspoken words have great meaning,

but are conveyed to no-one.

Always waiting for that moment,

that will never come.

Unspoken words are the feelings from within,

that just don't get out.

Sometimes hearing a whisper,

but hardly ever a shout.

Unspoken words of love and caring,

that really need to be uttered.

Instead, fumbled sentences and verses,

end up being stuttered.

Unspoken words will still remain,

locked in the deep pit of emotion.

Probably better off not said,

than to cause a real comotion
