Cloudless Ignorance

Cloudless Ignorance

A Poem by Pixidust
"

The snow is sort of a metaphor for when you have memory loss and all the sudden these, some wanted some unwanted, memories come back.

"

Today snow broke the sky

Clearing my vision

Wishes through my fingers.

Within storm clouds of thought

The sky shelters me in darkness

With endearing thought of sun

Sky plays with me

Nurtures me

Pacific’s me.

The sky was perfect,

Then snow shattered through

Reckless-

Revolutionary-

Irresponsible-

Iridescent

White flurries of truth,

The world

Misery-

Wonders.

Hail ball memories,

Blood drips down His back,

Cigarette blister scars on my brothers.

Sweet snowflake reminiscence,

Whispers of soft violet perfume.

Snow broke through the sky.

With rough hands

Snow broke the sky,

With gentle arms

Snow shook me awake.

Snow broke through

Shattered humidity

Cleared clouds

Snow broke the sky

And I want to go back.

This is something I wrote based off of a poem sketch, not 100% sure it's done but look forward to some different view points. Also haven't done much punctuation yet.

So it's snowing where I am right now. After building a snow man, I finally realized that this snow has no greater purpose. Now I don't know how I feel about snow anymore. Like in this poem, even though the snow is beautiful, it still feels like an intrusion.
