Slipping Again

I'm slipping again

I can feel it

It's like sliding into a pool

And you can't see the bottom

The darkness consumes me

And I scream out

Hoping for help

But all I get is pain

They kick me down and laugh

As I bleed from everywhere

And the ones who are reaching out

Can't get past the hate

I feel my heart split

My mind melts from the hatred

And all I can think about

Is getting out alive

So help me, please

Don't ignore the signs

Because when I slip next time

It might very well be my last
