Mind, Voice, Body, Breathing

Mind, Voice, Body, Breathing

A Poem by Aura Inanna
"

Our voices our more powerful than anything. We can bless and we can curse with them. But what if your voice is dead... This is for the "Hmmm... I N T E R E S T I N G" contest. :) <3 ~Aura

"
Bumblebees floating softly
Milky clouds carving their way through
The great azure sky
Stars beating daintily
Even in the daylight
Words drifting dearly
Sound of your voice
Sweeping it's way through
The great freezing gates
Overtly warming
Evanescing with sunsets
Slinks in the shadows
But sparks in the daylight
The stars are too dim for you

Your sweet berry voice now
Cutting its way through
The tart, speckled sea
And destroying its conformity
To the winged cobalt sky
Unmeaning to be wrathful
But unfurling that sad way
The sky grotesque and crying

And the Sun feels cold
And the Earth feels dismal
And your voice starts failing
And you need you need to find another way...

So you break out your body
And you dance your way through
Those delightful clear gates
Across the Red Sea
And into the harmony
Of a thousand voices
Just like your's was
And you smile so gleefully

And you touch your heart
The Sun beating with you
The blood pouring from it
And onto your fingertips
Scarlet and boastful
It run down your arms
And splatters the pavement
Into eternity...
