The Garden Introduction

The picture inspired me.

     This story came to Marie as she was perusing for pictures.

     In The Garden, Miranda is servant girl with a secret that is even unknown to her: she is the long-lost princess and it is up to her to save the kingdom.

     When the King and Queen invite Miranda to a party at their palace, she is struck by the vibrant colors of the garden and is surprised that no one else notice's it.

     Lord Diego notices her and he sends his servant to fetch her for him. Upon meeting him Miranda shows him the garden and he sees it. After that their lives are changed forever.

     Miranda and Diego are rushed into an engagement and pushed into a marriage when all they wish to do is get to know each other.  After Diego overhears a conversation between his future in-laws, Miranda confronts them. What she learns shocks her.

     Will Miranda and Diego marry? What are the King and Queen really up to?
