remember the joys of happiness
but never forget the pain
remember the feelings of weightlessness
when all burdens were washed away

find the place of emptiness
but never forget the pain
find the journey of life
when all hope has faded away

Return the sorrows which haunt us
but never forget the pain
for it is in the memories which passed
that we may live in the future at last
