A Poem by Marian Elizabeth
"

A poem from my collection "Between Anorexia and I"

"

I daydream of lady feathers rushing to the Eiffel Tower.

I would purchase lemon pastries just to sit at a café.

Anorexia, foreign girl, from such image draws obsession;

She is an haute couture’s old addict, the spoilt pet of Chanel;

For me she is the child of Paris and the boss of Mademoiselles.
