DON'T ASK, don't answer

jealousy is unhealthy,,,

WHO ARE  u talking to?  I ask innocently

as SHE, THE LOVELY , TEXTS and texts...

i know who she is talking to..

and don't know why i asked

maybe i am masochistic    

she answers as she stares down at her phone  only

''oh, social media"

i wanted to answer '' oh is that His name.. ''

but instead ,i let it slide     instead I 

move to the  brunch table for more juice and food...

We need to avoid jealousy as much as we can. It is a powerful emotion but I think if we channel to goodness, it will help us a lot. Some people are seething with it and comparisons.

i do not know if this is meant as an insult... as a grandmother i am good, as a mom i am good and to my true friends likewise... we all are human and it could happen to you too... i held it in ... did not pursue.. one can never change other's lives and loves and why try... thanks

as far as avoiding jealousy it is a natural phenomena and if possible we need to just regroup and go on with our own lives it makes it a tad harder when the lovely'' is your own flesh and blood but the best thing to do is walk away as i said... the end of that not worth any more time
