Veterans

Poem i dug out that i wrote for verteran's day. A little sketchy, but it'll do.

To honor those who’ve fallen,
To honor those who serve.
To honor those who are lost,
Our thanks, you deserve.

 

To the soldier in the bunker,
Who’s always trying to save.
The land of America,
Home of the brave.

 

To those on the front lines,
 Who are always at risk.
And even if they lose their lives,
They will always be missed.

 

To those with all the medals,
That show courage and strength.
This is how I will show,
My great many thanks.

 

So let’s send a prayer,
To those who fight and die.
For this is what we always call,
Great American Pride.
