Indigo Child

Indigo Child

A Poem by ali

As we sit table side

Tails tucked up and prim

We sit in tampered silence

We all sit surreptitiously

For our lips, they seal a manic world

How the treetops hold our secrets

The oceans attempt delude

But don't be swindled

By the charm of summer kissed lips

For we are one

And we breathe as one

And we are...
