feel nourished deep within,

we shall consummate our sin. 

We are both marble Angels, 

alone within the night, 

temples close together, 

within a flickering light.

My hands caress your glory, 

as your hands caress mine, 

in this night, we shall remember, 

the taste of love’s sweet wine.

Come, my sweet Madonna, 

your flesh, my fingers rake, 

my lips upon each wound, 

as your blood once more I take. 

And now my sweet beloved, 

like animals we strike, 

your temple joining now with mine, 

just the way you like.

Your lips are on mine, 

within our empty depths, a burning fire, 

can this be love we have? 

Can it be passion and desire? 

Yes, it is these and more, 

for we are two of the Vampyre, 

God’s vengeance, marble Angels, 

who cry love’s blood tear.

Marble Angels? hmmm that's interesting my friend, I can't help but keep wondering what it really means? just a creative thought? or maybe something that means a thing to You? what I see here is not those cliche vampire stories but searing passion between two lovers, You have a nice and smooth rhythm that keeps your reader in hold, wonderfully written.

Hi Lightsong, Well, the two participants in this night scene are Vampyre. They are two lovers that have been before mortal time began, one, the female, once an angel, the male is the most high lord of the Vampyre. The main ingredient is always the passion. It can be taken as just passion between two human lovers or the passion between two Vampyre. Whichever way works really. Thank you for dropping by and the review. Hugs.
